Artifice Arcane is operated by Skeyex Forge. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Skeyex Forge and the Artifice Arcane service.

Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Artifice Arcane:

• Account information: email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Generated items: the magic items you generate, including the input parameters you provide and the AI-generated output, when you choose to save them.
• Usage data: generation counts used to enforce plan limits.
• Payment information: billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer identifier, never your card number or bank details.
• Cookies: a session cookie for authentication (managed by Supabase) and, for anonymous visitors, a cookie tracking the number of preview generations used.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the Artifice Arcane service.
• To authenticate your account and manage your session.
• To process subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
• To send your generation prompts to our AI provider for item creation.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Artifice Arcane relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase for database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
• Anthropic for AI-powered item generation. Your generation prompts are sent to Anthropic's API to produce item content. We do not send your email, password, or billing information to Anthropic.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and saved items for as long as your account is active. You may hide items from your library at any time. To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at skeyex.forge@gmail.com.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Request a portable copy of your data in a structured format.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.

Children

Artifice Arcane is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
